6 inch display is too big, 18.9 ratio looks unnatural and 402ppi pixel density another Oneplus fail.

Then, when OP6 comes out with a more bumped up price, and everyone will say it's not worth the price.
Just like now.. for a USD 500 price range, there are already many other better choices depending on what you look for
eg speed performance vs camera quality OIS
screen resolution FD vs UHD
How much faster/better can a SD845 be vs 835
WON'T be worth the extra USD50

Do not buy this phone, because Snapdragon 845 chipset will be unveiled this December and Oneplus 5T will not be getting the incremental upgrade, therefore Oneplus 6 would get that chipset sometime in mid 2018, and when Oneplus 6T comes out will still have the same Snapdragon 845 chipset until Snapdragon 855 comes out in December 2018. In my opinion, Oneplus should skip to Oneplus 6 and forget the Oneplus 5T, this is why many Oneplus owners complain about the T model, not only when you complain about slow rollout of newer Snapdragon chipset where Qualcomm announces every November/December time period.

They should add OIS with the exisitng camera that's enough, Sensor upgrades are welcome.
Also, at least an IP67 rating
Most importantly a Display with atleast QuadHD resolution and more pixels per inch and higher brightness.(Frankly you've a good battery so include a better display)
2160x1080(402ppi) doesn't seems good.
Since it's an all screen phone it should be on par with best displays or else it's gonna flop.
Also the oreo is needed.
Snapdragon 835 is okay coz it's the flagship SoC.
Also the sound quality through the 3.5mm jack must be improved.
Minor battery upgrade is okay since it's already a fantastic battery with dash charge.
Instead of 8 GB ram reduce the price with the 128GB model including a 6GB Ram or try an SD card inclusion in 64GB model.
Put a thought into the USB 3.0 Cable too.
Rest is Great.
Although i would just be happy with a 2k fantastic display.

I use MicroSD because I like to flash things so I don't want to lose my things when I wipe the data. Cloud and backup is also an option but I would like to keep my data local without having to download them again. Also if the phone completely dies or brick for some reason, I would still have my photos and such on the sd.

If you guys are planning to buy OnePlus 5 in India, wait for next couple of weeks OnePlus 5T is on its way, though their wont be huge change between OP5 and OP5T but 18:9 is the trend and most probably OP will bump up the battery as well as the camera. Last year it was OP3T who actually became more popular than OP3. So who knows OP5T will not retain the same fame as OP3T . People who are criticizing Oneplus 5T just because they had already purchased it and thought the OnePlus's next phone will be OnePlus 6 (jokes apart). I personally believe that Oneplus5T will be a great phone. So keep calm , a wait for OP5T to launch :) peace :)
