The notch is a relic from the past that only takes space from the screen. How can anyone not hate it?
The notch partially solves the issue by giving back to the user some screen estate. But eventually the notch has to go soon. I'm fine with the notch solution as long as it is not accompanied by a bottom bezel of note (that sadly many do accompany it with).
The bezel is a cancer and it should die.
Many people, here, don't realize how hampered was phone use due to bezels... (you could have a 7 inch mini tablet to be pocketable for years .... but nooo people loved bezels and you were getting tiny screens instead). Good riddance I say, notch or no notch.

Someday, the notch will disappear along with front camera, yet people want true bezelless phone, with no front camera. Why do people bitch about bezels anyway? Bezels were made to support the design of front glass to prevent accidental damage, without bezels phone is more prone to damage.

I love One plus Brand......I think they should be competitive against another device like Samsung S9+, Apple i 8s+ etc.

One plus seriously, like we were all routing for you but then you went ahead and did this, why the top notch tho, no-one asked for this, I don't care if the screen is taller why the notch at the top?, couldn't you introduce waterproofing instead of this, your pulling an apple on your customers literally. If you plan to do this I hope u don't plan to produce a lot of these.

For the sake of their future phones, I hope the OP6 will be a flop and make OP reconsider the front design, that idiotic notch in particular. That is, if the OP6 will really have a notch.

This company earned my core reputation upto op 3T. With op 6 I am going to laugh at this company. Copying and copying everything.. want to copy? copy dual speakers, copy better camera performance. Loosing front cam quality as well as rear and what about notch ? why you people making dumb fruit company special ?

The back looks really good, just kill the bulge and it's perfect.

I think Waterproofing doesn't matter at all. Looking forward to have some good looking 2018 bazleless design with fingerprint sensor beneath the screen.
