Menon, 16 Sep 2018Should i wait for the oneplus 6t or buy the oneplus 6 now? ... moreI have the Oneplus 6, bought right on day of the launch, I don't think its a massive upgrade to OP6T, because:
- No headphone jack (yes, its a deal breaker)
- the in-screen fingerprint sensor won't be as fast as the rear mounted, i feel it'll have a small lag to unlock, and i prefer on the back which is super fast
- Same CPU, same RAM, same Storage (no change)
- Not much difference of battery.
- About the triple camera, well, I don't know for real, if they make it take like Note 9 or P20 Pro, it'll be a good thing, but if they just put one more camera for those "tiny" things that nobody cares and not for low light pictures which its what they must do)
Well honestly I would suggest to get the OnePlus 6, And the price will drop after the release. For me, it's more a marketing thing
But we know how the human brain works, everyone want the latest stuff if we can afford

Anonymous, 16 Sep 2018it's a big upgrade look at the latest leaksNot a significant upgrade imo. in build fingerprint scanner tends to respond slower and waterdrop notch doesnt look great imo. No wireless charging, headphone jack or a processor update. camera probably not just a gimmick. well just a personal opinion dont know how others might feel about this upgrade.

When final and stable android pie 9.0 is coming on one plus 6.So far one plus team is releasing beta version only.Any body having idea.

Should i wait for the oneplus 6t or buy the oneplus 6 now? from what ive read its not much of an upgrade apart from some cosmetic changes and also no headphone jack is kind of annoying.

You can check mkbhd camera blind test on YouTube. Also one my friend is going through a lot of issues in his G7 just after buying and service centre people are not helping much. But this might be a one of case.

I have bought one plus 6 a month back. Phone is an absolute beast. Upgraded the OS to Android pie (9.0). With android 8.0 battery drains a bit faster. One more disappointment that camera uses software to create depth effect.

Fast performance, camera is good at this price point and just below Galaxies, Pixels and iPhone. But the camera shots are definitely great and would come in top 5 mobile. Display though only FHD but is very bright and clear. S8 and S9 have too much reflection due to curve. Battery life is acceptable not that great but with dash charging its no problem. Also Oxygen OS is great almost stock with little enhancements.
Anyone else thinking of buying this phone go ahead and buy with confidence or can wait for 6t.
Also those comparing this phone with poco please understand that on performance they might be same but camera stock android and overall package i feep OP 6 is better. Basically both phones are proper as per their prices. But personally speaking if you can afford OP6 then buy it and you will enjoy next 2 to 3 years for sure or go for poco that is a decent buy as well.

I want that one plus should add a feature of recording whatever we are doing on screen and a projector which helps to what things in a bigger screen

Guys I am looking for a new mobile and I was interested in Pixel 2 for stock android and camera along with all the updates with good music quality. It is available for around 560$ and then I checked out OnePlus 6 which is available for 475$. What do you suggest I should buy. Or something similar in performance, camera and music and in same price range.
