I found old phone has less of these compatible issue. I would say newer phone's Bluetooth audio may not properly compatible to older gear. This happen to one of my sound system too, where up to Android 6.0, no problem, but has problem (no sound at all) after updated to Android 7.0 and Android 8.0. My other phone that stuck at Android 5.0 and 6.0 works flawlessly.

Never settle for notches... I now am no longer a fan of OnePlus. Got their first model, 2nd one, and the X.

3D Memories, 08 Aug 2018There is also PRICE!! According to me this phone is priced ... moreBro in Germany Galaxy S9 costs 10€ more than OnePlus 6, that‘s not „twice“

You just get taller screen not bigger screen because the 16:9 vs 18:9, the width is the same just taller screen with notch such a replica design from iPhone X.

all updates. paired fine. calls are really working. but no matter what i do - I can only hear sound from the phone, not on the car speakers...

this is really annoying, 'cause I do use it a lot...

                  any ideas?

I have been using the Silk White OnePlus 6 here in California since its release, and I have not noticed a single issue that other users have mentioned. I am using it on Cricket Wireless (AT&T) and have never had any connectivity issues what so ever.

I was using a Motorola Moto X Pure for 1.5 years before coming to this phone. So far I am thoroughly pleased, this phone is blazing fast and I haven't had any hiccups. My battery normally lasts me a day and a half with heavy use.

Just want to give opinion here, but not arguing which phone are the best, as I know phone such as Redmi Note 5 AI, and ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 are considered good phone to own, but want to point out the best bang for bucks phone available in my country regardless of actual owning value.
                                1. The best price per performance ratio phone, I would give to HTC U Ultra, simply it is now sold under USD 240, I'm talking about all new device, not second hand. It pack SD 821, 2K screen.
                                2. At slightly upper USD 300, Xiaomi Mi Note 2, 128GB, Xiaomi Mi Mix 128GB, and Xiaomi Mi 5S/ Mi 5S Plus, all using SD821 are the second bangs for buck phone. These despite just pack outdated SD821, are simply powerful enough for normal usage. There is also Honor 8 Pro with Kirin 960.
                                3. At price around USD 350, honor brand grab the whole lead here, the newly released Honor Play, then Honor 10, Honor View 10, all packed flagship grade Kirin 970 processor, are the one to go to enjoy flagship grade performance at mid range price. Only thing to complain at such price point would be the camera quality not up to mark. At here, maybe Samsung S7 Edge also sold around this price point do has it camera edge over these midrange flagship. There are Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 with SD835, also sold around this price point.
                                4. At price of around USD420, yes, welcome the new king of flagship killer. ASUS Zenfone 5z, with SD845 processor, the cheapest SD845 smartphone on the market, yet still packing 128GB/6GB, Micro SD slot, and also 3.5mm jack. Xiaomi Mi 8 sold at slightly more expensive price at USD450.
                                5. Around USD 500, there is a tie between Oneplus 6 and Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S, but my choices goes to the more value packed Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S, where at the same price, you only get 6/64GB for Oneplus 6, but you can get Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S with 6/128Gb storage. At here, Samsung S8 is selling at almost the same price, and also Huawei P20, Huawei Mate 10 Pro. Maybe LG V30+ also at this price, or HTC U11.

So, Oneplus 6 isn't the most bang for bucks phone around, or simply can say Oneplus is no more a budget smartphone brand anymore. Competition are fierce at budget price category, and it is too crowded. I don't know what is the reason, simply Oneplus phone has no price cut even after very long time. Early of the year I was eager to buy the Oneplus 5T, but simply it now still sit at a price shared with Oneplus 6.
I know, fanboy will attack this comment to simply say Oneplus 5T and Oneplus 6 will always be the best even if they found out Oneplus simply is not budget friendly anymore.
So, it is nothing to buy a Oneplus phone, but please don't say it is bang for bucks anymore, simply now it really isn't.
