OnePlus hasn't officially announced details on the rollout of OxygenOS 9.5.5 at the time of writing this, but it's safe to say that this update will be released for a limited number of users initially, with a wider rollout commencing in a few days if all goes smoothly.

If you cannot wait for the update notification to show up on your device and get impatient, you can check for it manually by heading to your phone's Settings > System > System updates menu.
