Well i brought mine in China, after a month sent it back due mainboard failure, then got i back around 3 months later because someone have to bring it back to me in another country, Oneplus costumer support is fine, Taobao is very bad in costumer support(I Brought it there). working fine in Bolivia. Using it right now. Pretty Happy with the phone but i have Hydrogen OS. No planning to flash it to Oxygen.

You’re trying to use it outside the area ( Malaysia / Thailand ) Maine the local service providers do not operate on the same frequencies as the ones used in the US
You might want to reach to someone that probably will be able to make it work through a ( backdoor ) kind a thing

Purchased 7 pro in the US directly from oneplus. Allegedly unlocked and therefore I should have been able to use in Thailand and Malaysia - phone connected with signal but NO DATA TRANSMITTED. Same sim worked in my old phone and in others phones, but not in the oneplus. Tried 3 local sims in Thailand and also Fi. Also nothing worked in Malaysia. CS strung me along (for over a month) promising a possible return but when they admitted to being unable to solve the problem said I could not return b/c out of the return period (7 days - which I had acknowledged in the beginning b/c I had tried the phone in the US and since it worked well I assumed I wouldn't have a problem overseas)

The long overdue update has arrived 10.0.4.GM21BA and it is disappointing to say the least. As far as I can make out the only difference is that the security patch level is now January 1st 2020.

It will be March next week and this phone is still stuck on the November 2019 security patch. I've had it with Oneplus, I've purchased three of their phones but now I'm fed up with the contempt they show their customers so I'm switching brands on my next phone.

Love my phone, except for that damn voice command that comes on somehow every few months and overrides all input, makes it to where I cant answer incoming calls, interferes with making calls, emailing is a bitch and don't get me started on what it does to trying to text!! Can I meet the developer?? And punch him in the mouth

After using 'Gestures' for the last couple of months I have returned to 3-button Navigation and was surprised at how much easier it is. Instead of long swipes on the screen (sometimes twice because it didn't register the first time) I now simply press one button to achieve the same result. Does anyone else feel the same?

i have Realme X2 Pro but few things i like in this(one plus) phone is display and camera.
but few things i like in my phone (realme) charging speed,processor and i am not a big fan of pop up cameras so choose X2 Pro
