There is no telephoto camera on 8T, but there is one on 8 Pro. So for price consideration, 7T with telephoto is better choice.

Is it perfect smartphone for ga... moreit has 6.5in 1080p 90hz AMOLED, SD 855+ and 8gb of RAM, this is the best gaming phone on a budget (not those dumb xiaomi crap with their slow entry level chipsets) since now these are so cheap... even better, i recommend u get the 7T pro, that has an uninterrupted 1440p 90hz AMOELD.
For hardware, it is also well built, the metal and glass sandwich on the back and aluminum rails should be just fine whether u have case or not

I don't follow oneplus community anymore but I loaded cyanogen mod ROM on my oneplus after they stopped updating it. With Cyanogen, my 5 year old phone was getting automatic over the air updates.

Oneplus is using Low-Quality Hardware inside the phone
I purchased OnePlus 7T and exactly 20 days after my one-year warranty phone display is completely off.
I took to oneplus support center and they said there is a problem with motherboard of phone it will cost you around 22000/- to replace and new motherboard will only have 3 months warranty. After 3 months it can again FAIL.
This is absurd.
If you are buying any oneplus phone then make sure you extend your warranty for lifetime. Because oneplus really doesn’t care that they are using Low-Quality Hardware.

Even if it's a year old, it has great camera setup which is even better than OnePlus 8's camera setup. Regarding software, OnePlus 7T will get Android 11 and 12, possibly 13 as well.

Hey guys, I was actually wondering which phone to buy for 2021. My option was between OnePlus Nord and One Plus 7T. Regardless OnePlus 7T is 1 year old, I still prefer to buy a new and original instead of second hand. Thus, in cost amount, One Plus 7T is a bit expensive for me and required me to take time to buy it and most likely around august of this year. Meanwhile for One Plus Nord,
