These phones are dreadful. I had one as a replacement for my Huawei Mate - what a mistake. Phone turned up with damage from the manufacturing process and constantly overheated to the point it was uncomfortable to hold.
After contacting my service provider they exchanged the phone and said it would be much last exchange on my current contract. Within weeks the phones software started playing up.
I have emaoled OnePlus many times about these issues. Unfortunately sometimes they can take weeks to respond, and when they do, their advice is useless.
Fed up with this Mickey mouse company who are trying to mix it with the big boys and failing miserably.
Stay away from this company unless you want frustration after frustration.
I am finished with them and will never ever purchase any of their products again.

Mohen, 07 Dec 2020Even in 2021 samsung still using 25 watt charging. That not... moreDude, you're insane xD All You need is max 30-40W charging (with cable and wireless). More watts won't help your battery, because it shorten battery life and you won't keep battery lifespan safe enough long. Unless you are buying/changing your smartphone every year - so it won't be much bother to you :D Best Regards.

Before everything else, send your phones to the physical shops. A very few people to NO one, wants to buy a few hundreds dollar/euro worth of phone without seeing it/feeling it/touching it. It's a massive failure of the 1+ business/marketing dept. that they failed to establish a single outlet on many countries and failed to set a base/link with many renowned retailers on European countries. Don't know what they're thinking but buying from online only is the one massive drawback of their phones and the reason why despite making excellent phones they failed to reach out to many customers/consumers.

Nabla, 01 Dec 2020HELP! I wanna buy a new phone and i am really confused bet... moreOh and 1 more thing, don't just buy the phone cuz it has 5G cus 5G networks r still work in progress and not all that reliable. The chances of u even having 5G coverage r low unless u live in like a city. Plus even if u r getting this phone, u will prblby most likely spending data on this phone with LTE and not 5G depending on ur carrier. And u have low chances of having that green pink tint on ur screen so i would not worry about that.

Anonymous, 17 Nov 2020This phone or Xperia 5ii? Please I need an honest opinionFhats inmpossible to answer because both are great. No one has a plus more here to decide fhe winner, except Sony is much oldder comoany and that means - more experienced( but fhat can bee seen only in small software advantages)- i love both of fhem( im old Sony users but had most of existing flagships on marketOnePlus and Sony are far awy fhe best,Htc donf have flaghships but its great too,Samshng and Huawei both laggy and slowing down- worst performance ever,Xiaomi is nice, some LG models too)- so u wont be wrong betwwen Sony od OP.Just pick one u like more- there is no other question.Or wait wir Xperia 1- 3 u know this line has 4k oled screens and for sure will have higher refreshment as 5- 2 already have 120 hz.Oh,i remember something- battery optimisation( in long terms of usage) is better on Sony( here comes their longer experience on mafket)

I am in need of advice.
I am at the verge of a purchase and am confused between the following phones, no compromises on: high ppi, responsive processor and camera performance.
That brings me down to S20 vs OnePlus 8 Pro vs Experia 1 II vs Moto Edge
I have owned and loved S7 edge thus far, but from reviews here, I do not wish to pay a hefty price for S20 phone that will let me down (given its reviews).
Moto Edge has low PPI and I believe camera performance is lacklustre
That leaves 8 Pro vs 1 II ? Or does S20 beat them hands down despite its limitations?
