I do not use 5g because it is simply not available anywhere near me. It is inaccurate to say that "5G is patchy" when it is simply not available in your area. Also, my dad's 8 Pro volte works fine and even if it didn't it's not such a major feature for most people for you to skip out on the 8 pro.

No 5G support on O2 in the UK - O2 say OnePlus did not enable it.
Battery is fine, no real issues, though it's no S10Lite in that regard. Screen is OK, but the auto brightness is totally crazy. In a dark room, it'll go from blindingly bright to so dim it's impossible to see.
Sort of disapointing phone. Some aspects are great, some are rubbish.

No overheat issues personaly, even when I fall asleep using it plug-in with musics on a games. The 48mp mods for the front camera make thing look weird instead of looking better.
Speaker/Microphone working perfectly, easy to change the sim card or add more storage.

Just buy what phone you need in your stupid life. Nowday no one care about the battery life, cause may charge it up in just few minute~ And the price that cost you pay is the Super duper highly Fast Chipset , 120Hz refresh rate and the only one see through Camera with Photochrom filter.

82h endurance rating on a 900 EUR phone? OnePlus is a joke nowadays. Redmi Note 9 Pro (global version) costs only 250 EUR and it has 127h endurance rating (Battery Life). Redmi Note 9 Pro has 54,9% better battery life...
