Just got the OnePlus 8T (KB2003).
Compared to my old Huawei Mate 10 Pro...
The camera on my new OnePlus 8T really is not that good.
No possibly for flash in Pro mode, and colours are way off and too pale.
Also not many shooting formats, 4:3 and full screen, no 3:2 1:1 or any other formats.
Camera doesn't save last used photo mode either.
Really a disappointment the camera, since i planned to use it quite a bit. 🙁
No LED for notifications.
Nice screen on the phone. 👍🏻
Overall like the OxygenOS. 👍🏻
Also, can uninstall most of the apps i don't need. 👍🏻
Standard keyboard not good, installed SwiftKey instead.
Great with the switch for ring/vibration/silent on the right side of the phone. 👍🏻
Comes with fast charger and cable. 👍🏻
No cheep headphones in the box. No headphones. 👍🏻
Works fine with either USB stick or external SSD attached via. OTG cable. 👍🏻
OnePlus does not have a dedicated place to download wallpapers, themes, icons etc.
Updating OxygenOS went smooth and no issues at all. 👍🏻

James Walker, 25 Mar 2021First you've started better battery twice, second the ... moreYeah, battery repeated twice was a typo. Anyways, I reckon all other hardware improvements I've mentioned on the 8T forgives the screen and telephoto camera shortcomings on the 8T over the 7T Pro.

Royal, 21 Mar 20218T or 7T Pro ??8T for the better processor, better screen refresh rate, better battery, extra one year of software updates, better battery and faster charging. And finally arguably better cameras.
7T Pro to go only if you're more into a QHD full screen and that's it.
