OnePlus 8T goes on sale in the US

The OnePlus 8T announced last week is now available for purchase in the US through OnePlus' online store with two color options - Lunar Silver and Aquamarine Green. It's priced at $749 and comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. There's also an 8T+ 5G for T-Mobile priced the same, which comes with an IP68 rating while sharing the rest of the specs with the regular 8T.

The OnePlus 8T is built around a 6.55" FullHD+ 120Hz Always-on AMOLED display that has a fingerprint reader underneath for biometric authentication. It's powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC and runs Android 11-based OxygenOS 11 out of the box.

The OnePlus 8T packs a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W charging and features a total of five cameras - a 16MP selfie shooter on the front, with the 48MP primary camera on the back joined by a 16MP ultrawide, 5MP macro and 2MP depth sensor units.

So me...the person that bought the 8 pro literally a month ago for 1k gets shafted with the 8+t basically having 8 pro specs for 250 dollars cheaper....another thing to add to the long list of what I hate about my first experience with One Plus

Yeah Samesong is crap. Bloated phone software and everything locked down like crApple. Last Samesong product I bought was a fridge a decade ago and the ice maker broke a couple days in, warranty support was crap and they never fixed it. Screw Samsung...
