@PaulMithai - I have mentioned Call Recording but that was after lot of users literally ... to both Google & OP on OnePlus Forums , but moment you press Record it declares everywhere - You are Being Recorded , so its useless. ( Google Policy). OPlus has declared thats what it can max do , & yes you cant download it.
Network issue is there & Call Drops (Sometimes), but all mobiles have in some level i did not mention it as some have , but for some that degrades the experience.

Network issues. Stuck on load... moreI use it for one week , its my first time with oneplus nord 256 12GR, the phone is lite, slim and smart in many options , battery life is pretty good , the screen is magnificent , easy to use it .
the negative points :
when turn one the phone the network register it takes time.
some heat when playing high resolution games.

Ok , to Users here incl . PaulMithai ,
Having used Nord , i have one Serious Issue - NO CALL RECORDING , the Google Dialer is a Loudspeaker Recorder , so i questioned on OP Forum , & they are like this is what you get Specifically "No Call Recording " , if you want that OPDialer , Messanger get OP 8. Google Messenger is bare bones.
Camera after dozen updates has improved specifically its softness / sharpness of 48Mp. (Still cant match saturation or sharpness of 8 , it falls behind Sam. M51 , POCO X2 , Realme 6 Pro , Realme 7 Pro in daytime shots ( I dont like POCO X3 , Realme x3 64MP Cameras they Rest camera are free gifts , if you obtain good shots you are lucky , Front camera from OP - You will love the Blurry Grainy Bokeh , you dont need to apply filter (Under artificial & Night shots ).
Network Issue i will not talk much of its sometimes , Screen issue ( Obviously inferior screen used - afterall screen cant be of OP8 Quality )

I am using it one month so far, the 256gb version, don't have any problems with it. Everything is perfect. Once it stuck on loading the OS when was in my pocket, like when you power on the device, I had to turn it off and on again, but apart of that all good. The macro camera is not good also they could put some stereo jack just in case :)

Serious bluetooth connectivity issues with this device which should be fixed by OnePlus ASAP. For instance, I have wireless ear buds (Cross Beats Electra 2019) and when I connect it with this device through bluetooth it frequently disconnects automatically and reconnects. Moreover, sounds while playing songs and videos are not smooth with several cuts in between which are annoying and destroys all listening experiences (not the case with other devices).

Yes the network is unstable sometimes but you can reduce by selecting reset network in system menu. It became better for me after that.

I have this phone for 1 month + and I am so disappointed about it.. so wishing it will break and I will be able to return it :D
1. The most disappointing thing is the battery... it drains so fast that it's hard to stay with it for one day if I use the Nord a bit more.
2. The next thing is network issues, after several updates, it still exists. The phone always stuck on loading content.
3. I believe that it's a phone fault, that the android auto always breaks up, as the old phone works perfectly. With the Nord, it connects and the connection lasts for 5 mins after it will disconnect and car media shows the device as unsupported...
I believe that the phone software is ruined and that it will be fixed, but for now, I will not buy the phone again.

Should i upgrade to one plus nord ?? Or google pixel 4a?? Please suggest little confused. 😥
