I have purchased a new OnePlus Nord (12GB ram,256GB storage) on 12.08.2020 with the amount of Rs.30000 in Poorvika mobiles,madurai.Once I started to use the mobile with in an half an hour it started to hanging and rebooting multiple times.So I contacted the service center.They done the OS process and given to me.After that also it is
getting hanged and rebooting multiple times.Again i contacted the service center.They said, "we need to send this mobile to bangalore for service,so that you need to wait
for atleast 10 days".
