So, I have been using the OnePlus Nord 128/8 for more than a year now and I have to say that I love this phone! For me, it does what it's supposed to do without problems! I use it mostly to play some games, browse the social media and take photos.. and it does those jobs without issues. Honestly, buy a Nord. But the first gen, not the crappy second gen.

I've been using Oneplus phones from last 5 years now and have not faced any major challenge. Worth investing on
    Oneplus.

So I have been using OnePlus Nord (12GB, 256GB model) for around 10 months now, so far my experience with this phone is good. The battery life on this phone can last 1 day, or half a day if you are a heavy user. I read from comments there is a lot of people experiencing network problems, but none of these problems happened to me once.

The phone does get a bit hot when watching Youtube videos, but then I am watching while using Bluetooth paired with my OnePlus Buds, so your mileage may vary.

When playing heavy games it will become hot, especially when playing with data and under the hot sun to the point where the phone will start to thermal throttle. To me, this is fine because I don't play games much, and during this pandemic, pretty much most of the time I am staying inside my house and use Wi-Fi instead.

The OxygenOS in this phone is good, nice looking, clean, and has very little bloatware (except the Netflix app is pre-installed and you can't uninstall it). The camera is okay I guess, nothing impressive and gets the job done. The 6.44 inch 90hz screen is amazing, the 90hz smoothness is so good that I don't even bother switching back to 60hz, even by switching to 60hz I get better battery life.

Maybe you can delete some apps? Some apps do use a lot of battery. You can view your detailed battery usage on settings. I did this and my phone improves in perfomance for daily usage.

It's true that it has ample amount of RAM and Storage, and has good performance. But I am curious to know how long does the battery last for you after a full-charge.

I bought a OnePlus Nord with 12GB RAM and 256GB Storage, less than a month ago, and since day 1, I observed some serious issues, the most concerning one being it's poor battery life after a full-charge. The battery drops from 35% to below 10% during night when the phone is not used.

                  -JJ

I would like to know if there is anyone out here who is running their oneplus nord on the beta version of android. And if yes what are the advantages and disadvantages of the beta version android over the full stable update.

Is good for the speed of the tasks and for daily use( emails , mass media etc) . I am verry satisfied for what it offers. Good timelife battery , enough Ram and processing speed to run daily apps and can keep a lot of them open. I have 12Gb/256gb.
Referring to price/quality is the best in it's range.

                        Hi all,

Purchased my Nord 2 months back and when I receive a call I only hear the ringing tone and the caller id appears on the screen after 5s to 10s of time. I have more than 50% of storage left so the certainty of lagging is impossible.
Do anyone of y'all experience this issue? Or do u use other phone apps instead of the googles system app to avoid this issue? If so what app do u use?

                          Anonymous, 16 Jul 2021Nord - 765G A52 5G - 750G A52 - 720GGood Morning,
Both are not suitable for intense game playing if the game has heavy graphics. If you are an intense gamer I strongly suggest that you go for a device with SNAP Dragon 845 and higher. I am a current user of oneplus nord 5g Snapdragon 765 and when I try to play games with simple graphics and if I get a call, the game starts hanging and I have to replay the game I was playing.
This is my first hand experience, but for everything else both phones are good. But if you want my suggestion I suggest you go with the Samsung because they have better service centers when compared to oneplus... I hope this helps you in your decision making process

It is entirely wastage of money. After purchase of 3 months, its battery life is deteriorating. Then in 10th month, its display is out of order. Very less no. of service centre is available in kolkata. Customer support is not very good. Actually you can say this is not value for money phone

I have had OnePlus Nord about half year. Otherwise this is good phone, but I cannot accept that shortcuts dissappear. I'm using a lot of Chrome and FB groups shortcuts and randomly I will loose all of them. This has happened about five times. It's very frustrating to create them once again. I have contacted OnePlus Nord support and community, but no help. My next phone will not be OnePlus if they do not find the root cause. Other people seems to have same issue.
