The OnePlus Nord launched last year marked OnePlus' comeback to the mid-range segment, and today, the company will introduce its successor, dubbed OnePlus Nord2 5G. The launch event will begin at 2PM UTC, and you can follow it with us by tuning to the stream below.

OnePlus hasn't detailed the Nord 2 5G's specs sheet yet, but previous leaks and official confirmations have left little to the imagination. The smartphone will have a custom-developed Dimensity 1200 SoC at the helm called Dimensity 1200-AI, sport a 6.43" 90Hz AMOLED screen, and pack a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W charging.

For photography, the Nord 2 5G will have a total of four cameras on board - a selfie shooter inside the punch hole rumored to use a 32MP sensor, with the 50MP primary camera on the back expected to be joined by an 8MP ultrawide and 2MP depth sensor units.
