Have you read this article?: https://www.gsmarena.com/oneplus_nord_n200_5g_price-news-49599.php. This phone starts at $240. Don't think, do some research instead.
As for the Nokia phones that I mentioned in my earlier comment, there is no USA availability of it so you have to rely on Euro pricing which is way more expensive than US Dollar.

Looking at the specs sheet, I would think very seriously about buying a Nokia X10 or X20 instead. They have the same chipset and stock UI as this OnePlus phone but the Nokia have better camera hardware and longer OS support.
