Please help me, i just bought this phone then after a couple of hours the phone keep restarting till battrey drop..i do return to the shop then they give me the new one but the same issue still appear.. After couple hours the phone keep restart again and again... Is there any advise??

Its the worst ever. First of all its jot water proof or resistant or whatever the hell. So it can only be used in a bloody desert. So yeah for people in sahara desert.. best phone in the world. Secondly it doesn't have a radio. And most of all there is no 5 lens stabilizer. It has aa destabilizer

Probably the worst in product quality and customer support, the OnePlusOne phone I have has some issues with insulation (and I have read about such experiences from other unfortunate users as well), after a few months of using the phone I observed that dust was entering the phone camera, I took the device to the service center (Bangalore - India) they cleaned it and gave it back, within a few months again I observed the same issues, took it again to the service center they cleaned the dust again and told me there is some issue with the phone and asked me to contact the "Call Center" as they cant do anything about it. I promptly called the "Call Center", the agent asked me to visit the "service center" again, I did that and as expected the service center washed their hands saying I need to go call the "Call Center". Tried reaching out to different email IDs, support phone numbers etc etc and every time I was assigned a new ticket and nothing happened beyond that, I even wrote to the CEO with all the details and again received a service ticket without any resolution of the manufacturing defect. I dont think anybody even reads customer emails in OnePlus One, if even the CEO is not bothered how can we expect the call center and service center agents to have empathy for the customer. And all this when they sold a defective device to me, I am stuck with a faulty phone, and all the organization is doing is pushing me around between their multiple teams so that I get tired of this exercise and give up.........
Very well done OnePlus, I am not going to fall for any of your products in future.

Worst service provider i ever faced.. I bought one plus 3 on oct, 2016 and after using this for 7 months facing serious issues like heating, hanging & automatic switching off. I had to visit 3 times withing 1 month for the repair, but service provide could not even identifying the problem. And most interesting part they telling to visit again as if i dont have any other work to do..only visiting the service centre.. What will be the last solution even after 4th visit. Dont buy

I have oneplus 3 purchased 5 months before. My display cracked because of mishandling. Customer care people are asking to change motherboard which is worth of 19000 and display of 8600. Total 27600. New phone is cost for 27999. My motherboard is perfect and nothing happened except display. So why should i change motherboard ? Service center people forcing to change motherboard. This is how this Chinese company is making fool to Indian peoples. Suggest don't buy this company product. Better go for nokia, samsung apple .... If you don believe you can call to any service center in india and check motherboard price. You will shocked.

I recommend you to flash a custom ROM like ResurrectionRemix(http://www.resurrectionremix.com/).
You can follow this link as tutorial : https://oneplus.gadgethacks.com/how-to/unlock-bootloader-install-custom-recovery-root-oneplus-one-0156099/
In the tutorial they use adb to reboot in fastboot mod but you can do it by pressing and button when starting the phone. SuperSu is not necessary but replace SuperSu file by your custom ROM and flash it. You perhaps also want to flash the gapps.

This one plus mobile is really irritating, thinking me to buy Iphone tought I cant afford to buy with my budget. Really bad, telling this with deep frustration of seeing this mobile getting switched off or keep restarting.

When i press the power bu... moreTry clearing your cache from the Advanced Boot-Up screen, or if necessary plug in your phone to a computer (Hopefully USB Media Mode is enabled), copy your files (pictures, app data, etc.) and factory reset from the Advanced Boot-Up screen. My One plus one keeps restarting. When i press the power button, it turns on, displaying Cynaogen and then either restarting or switching off automatically but it never past the cyanogen screen. Sometimes showing Optimising apps, but still, during optimisation it restarts again and again and never completes. Couple of times before, it used to restart itself and shows optimising apps, but got completed fine and started working. But this time, 3 days still in issue.Is it could be a battery issue? What is the resolution for this?
