after auto upgrading it is behaving abnormally. It shows MOD ready on booting and keeps on shutting down with in a minute; re starts after five minutes and goes off of its own again. Not able to use phone at all as it is not allowing to operate as the auto cycle of on-off is continued. advise how to put it in use.

My OnePlus One (rooted) is an amazing phone. I've had it for over one year now, and with Greenify installed, and a tonne of other apps and games it still runs very well with amazing battery life and performance.
With the ColorOS camera app it takes amazing HDR photos and 50MP photos that look so good.
The only downsides for me is the position of the volume controls relative to the power button, this means its hard to access the volume with a flip case. My other issue is that the camera is too high. Both of these have been rectified in the OnePlus Two.

Ali, 10 May 2016My phone stopped working after a year of relatively moderat... moreI bought the Oneplus X at end of March the wifi antennae has failed 3 times. First after 2 days and was recommended to do a factory reset. this worked for 2 weeks when it failed again at which point I had to return phone for repair. So no phone for 8 days It worked for 2 days after receiot and failed again. Their returns/replacement procedure is outsourced to Arvato - there has been problems with getting the shipping notices etc for the phone to be returned (replacement wont be given in meantime unlike Apple) This morning i find that their customer service has switched to working 9am-9pm Eastern US times - not great for European customer. It was a nice phone when it worked but starting to fall out of love with the brand.

Please note following defects in my phone:
a. Heating on recharge & using phone.
b. Contact name not showing on screen during call.
c. Other person cannot hear me when I talk.
d. Phone rings only twice & goes silent.
Please note I am very disappointed with your phone. Please take it back & return my money.
