Anonymous, 24 Feb 2016Is the camera lens susceptible to scratches or is it durabl... moreI believe it's covered by Gorilla Glass, as I got the phone for nearly a year now and there isn't a single scratch on the lens. I also don't use any sort of protection like a screen protector or a case, but I can't see any scratches, nor on the screen nor on the lens. The only wear I noticed is that the sandstone texture starts to thin out near the edges, but you can only notice it when you look at it closely. Overall I think it is a great and pretty durable phone.

I purchased one plus two mobile on date 15th feb.2016 and delivered on 19th feb.2016 and with in 10days mobile receiver not working. if any body call than I start speaker than talk. I call you many times in customer care of one plus mobile as well as amazon but both are not response properly. we are very very unsatisfied with their ans. only told we have no policy for change you will go customer care they will repair. than we will go customer care 6days goen still they told me wait for 3 days still receiver not coming.
very very bad experience with one plus mobile and amazon

It warms up around the camera while browsing & watching videos (around 40°C) and somewhat more during gaming (45-50°C). This is actually only a bit warmer than normal human temperature, if it gets hotter that means you have some bad apps installed.
I am a very heavy user and I own one for about 9 months - it never heated over 50°C but it did freeze on me for 5 or 6 times, for no obvious reason. Just reset it with power button and that's it.
This device will be fine for another year or so and then it be out-of-date, so OnePlus 2 looks like a better purchase considering the price difference...

Like One-X is only 16GB but has SDCARD slot
Awesome FM Radio, Amoled screen and superb finish. But no NFC.
OnePlus-1- however has 64GB build in, better camera, bigger screen.
It is a very nice pair :)

Good phone in a budget, now its been a year I am using this phone and it has started showing issues. Battery life has now decreased, touch is not that smooth as it was earlier, camera gives bluer photos, etc. However the main issue I am facing is phone is not getting charge, it keep showing 0% battery while charging. I was thinking to go in service center but after reading couple of reviews regarding service center I don't think my problem will get resolved.. If somebody have a good suggestion please do let me know.

Hi this is jitesh morde i bought onepluse one 11 moths back after 3months phone started overheating and display started working weard and after some months software issue started coming. so my phone was in warranty i went onepluse service center boriwali mumbai maharastra. They said phone got dammeged bcoz of water and your display is bent inside and IC is Dameged Bcoz of water but such thing dint happen.
And they are demanding money from me. onepluse your employes are cheeters and lairs.
please onepluse solve my issue.

I got one and it runs like a breeze... brilliant phone, no problems. using it for a year already... fast, responsive... usable

Pros: It's a very good phone specification and price wise.
Cons:
None of the official ROM is good. Cyanogen has issues: call quality and autofocus in video recording. OxygenOS has very less features like cannot change screen temp etc. (There is a custom kernel but has slow charge and heat issues)
Even for custom ROM you have to root for some reason or other. Learning curve is there.
Yellow tint issue is there at bottom part of screen for many phones. (can be ignored with 4500K (R-255, G-218, B-187) screen temp)
Conclusion: After much hit and try with ROMs I am now set with SAOSP (A custom AOSP based Marshmallow 6.0.1 ROM) with starostarno kernel. Now there is no issue in call quality and camera. Battery life has improved and no heating issues at all.
