i have ordered 64gb one plus one phone through amazon and received it today....... and when I checked its storage its showing 54 gb...... so is it a fault in my product and I shud get it replaced or is it a general issue about all the phones?...

My one plus one phone is not updating and is showing oxygen 1.0.0 and Android 5.0.1,so anyone please help it's not updating apart from this my phone works great in terms of everything

I bought OnePlus One in April 2015, Initially it works fine, but after getting the updated OS from them, my phone is getting restarted automatically whenever i unlock it.
Please any1 help me regarding this.

Bought my first OPO and am still using without issue. Bought my wife the same OPO and the touch screen was buggy at the start and after several updates it appeared to be working. Within a 6 months the screen did not respond to any touch commands. Found that this issue has been plaguing other OPO owners, even found a youtube video on this issue. Called OPO Customer service and this is where the headaches started. OPO customer service is not responsive, it took three days for them to respond to my initial email then another three days to get a support technician to do the initial troubleshooting of the phone, which they were unable to fix the issue. The OPO phone is now with them and it has been over two months now and they still have not been able to remedy the issue. If you get lucky and get an OPO that never requires support consider yourself lucky and that you made the right choice, however if you have any sort of a problem with the phone you are in for a long and bumpy ride.

Tech support sucks. For 2 month they are ping-ponging me between agents but not doing anything. Phone mic is so bad that I cannot use it for calling.
Otherwise a pretty decent phone.

Battery Life is very terribly horror, i'm charging this phone 2-3 times/day, very miserable. but the performance is good and i have no problem when using it
