I did send my phone back when they put my claim on hold, i refused to let any unknown control my computer and the phone was really dead) I used the adress on delivery box; 1 Liyumen Street, 518052 Shenzhen. The parsel came back to me as Shenzhen post didnt find the company...???
Please tell me what adress you used so I can make a new trial. APO do not answer even I asked for the correct adress several times!!!

It took some times to gave the after sales stopping to try to solve the issue by sending mail instructions and even taking a remote control of my PC with my phone connected. But after all this, I could send my phone back and received a new one that works perfect.

I bought one plus one 6 months ago... It worked fine till last month.. But after it got updated automatically it started rebooting 4 to 5 times a day... Can someone pls help me... .

My OPO is still going strong after well over a year of constant usage. Eagerly awaiting CM 13 firmware update and new 6.0/CM features.

Anonymous, 07 Nov 2015which one is better....one plus x or one plus one ??They have the same hardware pretty much (801, 3gb ram, 1080p) but the X is smaller (5" compared to the 5,5" of the One) and the X also has a place for microsd and has an amoled screen. Battery is smaller but we don't know yet how it is

Bought my OPO in April and was happy until 4 months later when it died completely!
The customer support is a JOKE, now after 2 moths i have had 10 different people handling (?) my case and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!!!!
I sent my phone back but received the parcel in return due to Shenzhen Post office couldn´t find the company!!!!
WARNING, WARNING, WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Its fine and for its price it's a great deal. been using this phone for 6 months now and no problem at all. you should get your head checked instead.

The worst phone i ever saw or used.Please don't buy this buy this phone.i bought it 5 months back it started rebooting all of sudden,after a while it got worse.i gave it to service.after service it was all fine,again after a month started rebooting after every 5 to 10 minutes.its so annoying and frustrating.They don't even provide a proper service "F**K one plus one "

Got my one plus one for €300 and as an ISTJ, I am very disappointed. The phone lags and its processor simply is ancient. Very unhappy and wil send it back.

I have opo and i have enjoyed working with this phone awesome value for money ....but i miss HTC Sense ...
