I love OPO from its design till performance. But when researching about OPO there are so many iisue about that phone so may I know if your OPO is still no issues? Thanks

worst experience with my ONEPLUS ONE after using it for 7 months. Updated to the latest version and got stuck in installation. Now its more than 3 days, not able to use the phone. Costumer service team told all the files will get erased or sometimes they will have to change the motherboard. It was a update error, a mistake from the company side and they are not guiding to correct the problem. As we all know, service centers are only in few cities, it is a big difficult to reach them if we are not from a city. Costumer team response was not good.
Please be careful while buying a phone which is sold only through ONLINE.
If anyone have a solution to backup phone files please help me. Its in the Recovery mode.

krish11, 03 Sep 2015i purchased oneplus one in november of last month and its g... moreHi krish11... I think I understand the issue with the flashlight turning on without your knowledge. Go to Settings >> Gestures >> Flashlight and turn OFF the option to toggle flashlight when a 'V' is drawn.
That might solve your issue. I had the same with my 1+1, but this option resolved it. Good luck! :-)

Maybe im just very lucky but after reading all these negative comments about the OPO i feel blessed since i have absolutely no problems with my phone. Since March 2015 its been great and the latest 5.1.1 update works flawlessly.I have owned over 50 cell/smartphones and my OPO is hands down THE BEST. Love it!

i purchased oneplus one in november of last month and its going to be almost a yr, Initially the phone was good for few months, but later it started to heat up real bad at times used to reach temperature of 55 deg celcius and i had to switch it off to cool down the phone. I upgraded to android 5.1.1 and the o.s looked like windows 8 but the phone started to heat up even quickly after i upgraded and also the flash light turns on automatically at times and i would not even know that its turned on. The heating issue is the major problem with this phone and i hope the manufacturers do something about fixing this issue and see to that similar issue does not arise with ONEPLUS two.

I've had my OnePlus One for about a year and it has been a pain in the backside from the beginning, Overheating, flash light switching itself on and disappearing from the menu requiring a reboot two or three times a day. Google music player switching itself on whilst on the bedside table at 2AM, numerous freezes and battery flattening itself in 2 hours sometimes.
None of the software updates have done much other than cause irritation and finally yesterday it bricked itself after the newest Cyanogen update, taking my photos and MP3 files into oblivion! Thank you google+ for keeping backups.
CBA with OnePlus any more, I'm going back to a Sony - hopefully my blood pressure will improve.

I have updated my one plus one to 5.1.1 two days ago, when charging the phone yesterday, it got over heated and switched off and never rebooted ..is there a problem with the update 5.1.1?

JUst bought the one plus one... omg... just a useless phone... Sound automatically gets of... text starts blinking and many more and.. people say it to be the best phone..!!
