Hi guys,
I just wanted to tell out how much of a problem I have faced with OnePlus Customer support. I sent my phone for servicing in Germany about 2 months ago. Till date, I am waiting for them to return my phone. I request a reply on their customer support site and they always just tell we are working on it. I had requested a no repair and sent the phone back since they said they wont repair my phone under the warranty claim.
I don't get any clear indication on when my phone will be sent back. They just lead me on saying we will tell you when we know. At this point, I will most probably just buy a new phone of some competitor

Er.. anybody? I've found some tricks that might upgrade your phone seriously enough
Newer OxygenOS really upgrade the phone overally. My antutu score boosted up from only 41.568 to 52.042 the 41k result was OxygenOS 2.1.4,and the 52k is the OxygenOS 2.2.1. Really amazed me though

Oneplus X with oxygenos 2.2.1 in Indonesia came with the 4G support disabled
just download and follow the simple instructions to install
http://downloads.oneplus.net/oneplus-x/oneplus_x_oxygenos_2.2.2/
and you're good to go
you can also opt for the oxygenos 3

I am using this phone for the last 8 months.This handset is so stylish and my phone dont know what the lagging is.But my phone is like Mercury just near to Sun.
Camera performance is excellent.But they are providing the official updates very late(marshmallow in August last).
