Qualcomm is not going to upgrade the driver of the snapdragon 800/801 to support android 7.0 nougat.so the android 6.0 marshmallow update is the last for the OnePlus x

Horrible treatment for my oneplus x no mar... moreThat was my answer for gaming performance issue, I had that problem once,then I start daily cleaned my phone. Cam is poor you were right,low light is too noisy but if it's on proper lights, the photo is satisfying but not great. Still a repectable phone

It shocks me that porn videos you watch at any porn sites could slow your phone down. And oneplus phones are a bit sensitive with these problems,so if you have a good patiency,grab a oneplus phone

Do not buy this or any other One Plus. I bought 2, 1 was not working right out of the box, the other stopped working after 2 weeks. They were returned and I have been waiting 4 MONTHS for a replacement (out of stock, they say, every week) or a refund...China have to authorise and they do not return emails. The only contact is through customer service who are polite but useless since they cannot do anything other than pass on emails. Just avoid them altogether.

Had an issue with this phone, and Oneplus customer service is AWFUL. They have my phone for almost a month now, and they still can't tell me when I'll get it back. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them, because if you have a problem, you won't receive any help.
