I bought it back in May 2020 and found out later that the charging port was loose. Used it until Jan 2021 and passed it to my son for his communication and online classes (backup for the PC). The phone was fine except for the niggling GPS error. The Oppo service center couldn't identify/fix the problem. It was frustrating. I switched to Samsung Galaxy A02S which seemed like a downgrade but surprisingly the experience was good. I truly enjoyed using the One UI and Android 11. It gets my job done and I am satisfied.

Am using this phone oppo A31 for over seven (7) month without any problems I think those who are commenting bad about oppo are using the clone one not the original global version OPPO KEEP IT UP👍👍

Go to camera..click the three line symbol then click expert.. acter that look at the top section..theres dbl trees sybol clik that.. thats mean it on wide mode.. click the flower one to change to the top lense (marco mode)

It's ok. But it has a lot of performance issues. If you wanna game using this phone don't do it because the processor is pretty low tier. The screen will sometime flash or become unresponsive. The screen recording only have two options "Microphone" or "No Sound" only. If you use this phone for a long time for gaming, sometimes you can't even play videos and you need to restart your phone which is annoying. My previous VIVO Y30 128ROM/4RAM is way better even though it has less RAM.

Well, I gotta say it's the worst andriod smartphone I've ever used. It's not really user friendly, I'm the type of person who sets alarms daily and I have to scroll the numbers manually. This phone feels more like 32GB than 128 of storage. It's a 2/5 for me. Somehow my J7 Prime is more user friendly.

To be compared to A52 (oppo) its still over price.A52 had have SD665,FH+,RAM 6/128,now upgraded to android 11 & ui coloros 11.module camera,notch and finger print are subyective but for myself A52 is more up to date.

I had it since May 2020 but sent to the service center in Feb 2021 for faulty GPS/compass.

the phone is good but for casual used only not good for gaming since mediatek p35 is a mid range chipset if you want to play heavy games buy a phone with a snapdragon 665+ because that's a high end chipset good for gaming and it's a bit pricey
