why the same network (2 sims) cannot be activated at the same time? only one sim is allowed.

My oppo A33 phone restart automatically 3 or 5 times a day .Also hanged..What can I do now to fixed the problem... Can you please help me.....

Oppo a33f is a very bad product, it basically tests your patience. It gets hang so many times, just to open an application it takes 7-8 seconds. Sometimes I can't even pick up my call because it gets hang even then and most of the time it automatically shuts down the application I've opened.

Its a very very worst yrr.. This phone was hanging soooooooo much plzz never buy this phone plzzz....itss not good only ur money wastage plzzzzz dont buy....its giving me problem soo much only 1ram worst phone........
