AnonD-622257, 19 Dec 2016I've been using my OppoA37 for almost 3 months now. So fa... moreI got back the phone the same day I posted the comment (5 pm that afternoon). Seems like service pretty fast given that there wasn't any major problem though I wasn't able to find out what was wrong with the phone. They suspected it was because it was drained...which is weird considering that I charged it and the store (where I brought it) charged it before surrendering it to the service center... Over all the advice i got was not never drain the batteries

Worst Mobile ever. its like Apple Clone, Battery is very bad , You CANNOT SHIFT apos to SD CARD, the back camera colours are washed. Front Camera photos have no image Stabilization.
Oppo copied all Apple IOS in a very worse way.
If you want to experience a Good Android Experience dont but this, either go for Xiaomi , Huawei , HTC or even Samsung .

My oppoa37f charger has been lost. I am charging it through samsung charger. But it charge too slow . Sugest me what charger i should use . Or suggest me what charger specification i use to charge it.

Over all oppo a37 is very good phone for its cost ,with good styles ,nice screen, all is well made no problem at all .u can buy phone use .super madel .i love it

I've been using my OppoA37 for almost 3 months now.
So far I wasn't getting any problems till yesterday morning it won't turn on. (=__=)
I tried charging it but it wouldn't charge (no Charging icon appeared)
I tried a bunch of other normal solutions for it but still it WOULDN'T TURN ON.
As the last resort I had to bring it back to the store I bought it from. The OPPO staff told me that it would take about 2 weeks to have it fixed. Does it take that long to have your phone checked and fixed? It really is a hassle living without an android phone for 2 weeks. I'm barely surviving a day.
