OPPO A52 - 4G... moreWhy not Realme? Their quality is as good as Oppo, if not even better. I can understand avoiding Xiaomi. Their newer phones have a lot issues (dust issues in Redmi Note 9s & 9 Pro).
To answer your question:
Oppo A52 can record videos in 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/60/120fps, Gyro-Eis (Video Stabilisation). Which is quite nice!
But I haven't seen its quality myself.
Its back camera may be only 12MP, but its apertures are f/1.7. Which means it's quite good for capturing details & also improves quality in low light.
The Selfie camera also has a slight advantage in capturing details (apertures).
Oppo F17 has 16MP back camera, but its apertures are weaker than A52 & nothing special - average to below average details and low light quality.
GSMarena only lists it can record videos in 1080p@30FPS with no video stabilisation, which isn't enough at all given the price.
So camera specs & camera features wise, Oppo A52 is easily better. The real life quality depends on:
1. How good are the cameras optimised software wise (13MP can give close to 20MP quality with Gcam).
2. Whether they've used cheap/bad camera sensors in 1 phone, like Samsung's.
I recommend double checking by watching camera reviews on YouTube, if you've basic understanding of cameras.
