I thought that this is better than A37 but I was so disappointed with it coz it is not.

when the phone is on the lock mode. and when receive a call, the caller ID or number no appears on screen unless i press the power key to light on the screen and check who is calling.
please explain is this normal?

I have Oppo A71 phone and it is too good.I buy it 8 months ago and i observe it does not hang and also not heat by continous use.I suggested you to buy this phone and it also have face unlock enroll lock on the replace of fingerprint scanner.

Not need to know, 19 May 2018Same here. I think all A71 same has same problem. most of the device is 16 gb but the software takes up alot of space

I have Just purchased oppo A71 3 days before. So I have a doubt about it's internal memory. When I had gone through about device option in settings and also from google it's says that this phone has 16 GB internal but I found only 9 GB. Can anybody help me?
