Bad phone i regret change my phone to this shit. Had a heating promblem. Camera is medioker. Home and back button dont responsive. Dont have fingerprint sensor. The only good thing is 3000mah battery

They has release same model with improved software after 4 months and they are not updating older phones of same model with same software. Surprising thing is that million of people using this phone and they are satisfied whatever they are provided to them by oppo, old hardware old software. Mind it you have paying premium price for this phone and company is bound to provide you improve software.

This company does not update their android version unlike other company like huawei, xiaomi, etc. Example they released oppo a71 in september 2017 with color OS 3.1. Now in february 2018 they released another a71 with color OS 3.2. and they don't update the older a71 which was released 4 months back. So this company put some software and sale their phones. If you are satisfied with same with only improvement here and there then go for it. Android release different and improve version every year and each company releases this updates every year. After paying premium price for oppo phones you expect same updates.

I have contacted Oppo about updating old a71 to OS 3.2. They replied negatively. After 4 month they releasing new a71 with new OS but not updating old a71 to OS 3.2. Please all write for update to Oppo.

I mailed Oppo to know about OS update. They replied that it will not be updated to OS 3.2. After 5 months they bring out update version of a71 and all who bought it before using old OS. Don't you think it is cheating. So do write to Oppo. If everyone write it they will be bound to update it.

Oppo is releasing new Oppo a71 with sd processor and color OS 3.2. Current a71 is running on color OS 3.1 We are not sure if Oppo is upgrading our OS to 3.2. So I request everyone to write to Oppo for upgrading color OS to 3.2. It has many good features.

Who has 3 GB RAM? It has only 2 GB RAM and also not 16 GB ROM, Mine has only 8 GB . Can anybody explain. What the hell is this?
