been using my F3 Plus since 2017, till now there is no major problem, only the system upgrade from droid 6.0. but few mos. ago while im in a vdeo call i xperienced black out while talking to them and automaticaly shot down and wait for 2-3 mins to re open again. how can u fix this problem? am i the only 1 who xperienced this? thank u

Pathetic!! I am so disappointed with Oppo that I sold my phone just to get rid of the frustration of having an Oppo phone. Its sad that in today's world Oppo does not provide option of online update and to make the matter worse it can be done only at Oppo service centers which are very less in numbers and need to travel miles to get it done.
So, if you have to get your Oppo mobile updated you need to take leave and travel in traffic only because Oppo does help you with online update.
this is not the end..When you call customer care they make you wait for 10 mins, and when you ask for transfer to next level there again it takes 10 mins, and what they say is IT IS NOT POSSIBLE and we have to travel to Oppo service center.
I am very disappointed and recommend all who are or planning to become Oppo customer to chose some other brand..PLEASE SAY NO TO OPPO!!

my phone is 6 gb 64 gb indian vertion .bought from flipkart .i updated from android6 masmellow to 7 naugat ,, after updating notes so many good things
1 .colour os changed to 3.1 ,so many features ,
2 .sound and clarity improved
3.split screen working fine
4.easy to access menu setting
5.fast battery charging speed improved to 1.50 hour till full charge
before it was 2.05 minutes 4000mah
6.game acceleration included
7.call notification ,super
issues
1.finger print fast call option removed
2.battery performance same
