Besides the marketing really emphasize on the camera.
Oppo F5 is simply for people who need affordable phone with decent camera.

They make people feel that they are providing handful of features at low price but it isn't. See for example vivo v7+ ,it offers hd screen nd snapdragon 400 series processor at 22000 rupees while redmi note 4 beginning at around 10k provides sd 600 series processor. Of oppo once i was capturing a selfie on one of its device,dont know which one it was bt it was a selfie centric phone nd i compared with redmi note 4. Redmi note 4's camera isn't as good nd oppo's shots were even worse than those. I was totally surprised by the results bcs they were acc. to my friend totally selling that device on ground of front camera nd it lost the batttle. ....And brother see i never mentioned chinese phones in my post. Huawei(honor) , xiaomi , oneplus(if chinese) devices are excellent. No battle with chinese devices. Truth is truth.

I have used a lot of phone too, from Samsung to even Essential phone, just name it. Oppo isn't that bad as everyone else thought. While they maybe use ripoff iOS launcher to their phone, most of their phone is not bad actually. I've been using this F5 for a few week as my daily driver, replacing my S8+. I found out that the only thing that is bad on F5, is the speaker. Gaming isn't that great but it can run smoothly if reduced graphic and all, but I think this phone is aimed for entry-level. I don't know why people expecting their (Oppo) phone to be great while they offer their phones at a very low cost.

Tech experts nd even those who have little bit of a knowledge of tech dont buy oppo and vivo phones. They just fool innocent people by luring them. I have used oppo nd vivo phones of my classmates who doesnt hav any knowledge of phones nd my experience was worst till date. And let me tell u i am saying the truth nd haven't been funded by anyone nd also doesn' have any connection wid any of the company. So please trust me guys,dont buy these phones.

Dont ever buy this phone, its a crap
Pros and cons (i am using this phone)
Pros
Minimal heat
Good battery life
User friendly UI
Decent camera
Unlocking is fast
Cons
This is what i really hate about this phone
Play games is laggy.. In fact worse than my old cheap phone. Not all games lag, but a not graphic heavy game lag is not going to cut it
Wifi to 4g switching is god damn slow and sometimes, for example, youtube cant connect while other apps can, i know u will gonna say its the settings, nope its not, i turned on wifi and mobile network for youtube.
Screen... The screen if of low quality, the colour is pale.. I know its low power consumption panel.. But its like the colour is lacking contrast
Bottom speaker is crap, worst speaker i have ever seen
The rest is decent.. But the cons kill it for me.. Not worth the price. So, if u plan to play games with it... Expect good sound quality, good picture quality.. Dont buy it
