Although I like Oppo Find 7 but it appears to be not durable. I only used it for 18 days before it became unusable with screaching call sound and defective video chat

My Find 7 gets warm near the camera when playing Candy Crush Saga. It also gets hot when using the camera in low light environments.
Is there a fault in my device?
