If they're going to add a screen to the cover, they have to add one giant black area on the top part of the phone. If not the black thing there is gonna make the phone ugly

It’s an outstanding flip phone n I like every aspect of it. The only downside is no ois camera to go with it.

ThatTechDoge135, 19 Feb 2023I sense some bias considering your username lmaoEven if Oppo makes a 7-inch flip phone with a 100% screen-to-ratio and a 4 to 5-inch outer screen, 2 tb internal + 2 slots for SD cards, 2 flagship killer SoCs and GPUs, 32 gb ram, 10000 mAh battery, Under Display selfie camera with 400mp, Tri-camera setup with 400mp on each one, 500w charging, Unbreakable glass, AND a cheap price, they still would find a way to call it a fail.
It's in almost every phone company's fanbase and that is what sucks about the phone world.

Quite like the look of this, my only issue is the resolution of the outer screen, it may be small but the pixel count isn't even at 720p so I cam imagine it not being great for full functionality, really.

... moreYeah unfortunately its an issue, specially with ones doing 30w or higher its less efficient, heats the phone up more too but its practial and good if you hate wires everywbere.
My huawei wireless charger (i think its 40w, could be more) is a standing wireless charger with a fan on the bottom (raised off the ground slightly with rubber pads). Turns on when getting too hot/pumping more watts out. Fan is basically silent too so never hear it. Its great to charge from while face chatting or watching content.

I know this because I used Wireless charging on my Lumia and it always heated up, both the phone and the plate. It was practical to just pick up the device, but the heat up always bothered me.
Supposedly, there was a wireless charger from Samsung with a fan that was angled and that one didnt had that much issues with wireless charging.

Does not look bad but compared to foldable by Honor its a garbage in terms of hinge durability same like any other foldable.
And when comes to beautification factor Motorola as always its a very easy winner here.

Overall a nice flip phone, seems like it should be able to compete with the premium flippers.
However, the punch-hole cam is an interesting decision by a phonemaker like OPPO. They lead the way to seamless display with OPPO Find X. Since the cover screen can take selfies, why not put the another cam with two main cameras and have a full dedicated screen?
Anyways it is wat it is. Personally i don't find flippers and foldables appealing. They sure have their consumer potentials.
