I recently bought a phone from two years ago, but now it’s developing issues—three green lines and two purple lines are appearing on the screen. The worst part is that it’s no longer charging, which made me decide to stop using it. The cost of replacing the screen and charging port is almost the same as buying a new midrange phone, so I’ve decided to keep it on my desk instead.

I'd keep it just for the amazing cameras.

I am in SG now 2days ago i get one update now my phone have purple line 😞 why u do like this ( oppo) i pls don't update latest updates just (cph2173sg_14.0.0.604(ex01u120p02) use what. U have it now if anyone know how to clean it pls let me know

From the best phone i ever had.. I saw people talk about green line issues.. Simply Don't ues always on display for any phone not only oppo always on display by the time make issues in the screen if u need long life screen just turn it off.. High end phone only can do that and still okay and i think the only company can do that only Huawei them phones can stay years without any issues

Anonymous, 21 Jun 2024After almost 3 years, a green line appeared on the screen. ... moresame..im using this phone without heavy fall or water damage..but this green like come out of nowhere..i think it because this phone use curve screen then this happen...now i change to oppo reno 8 pro (mid-range) device..still have Marisilicon..but not so great to compare oppo flagship Find series..still can support heavy tasking and heavy game without heating issues...

After almost 3 years, a green line appeared on the screen. No fall or water damage. Very disappointed considering I was planning to use this device for at least 5 years. Won't be repurchasing an Oppo device.

after using this oppo x3 pro about 2,5 year, it got problem vertical green line. got 2 green line now. really disappointed with oppo brand. the flagship phone but problem with the screen. maybe my last oppo phone.

I have had this phone for a long time and one thing that I love is the screen. It's colourful, bright and crisp BUT after the android 14 update colour changed. No the colour don't pop up as much, the colour temperature is slightly colder (I had to make it warmer in the settings), everything looks slightly darker and colder than before. I tried all possible settings and nothing can bring back how it used to look back with android 12 and 13. It seems to me that oppo is trying to make its displays look more like Samsung phones. If something I never liked about Samsung and Apple is how artificial the colours always looked.
