I saw that phone yesterday in a store and it’s so good in your hand and feels great because of the ceramic back and curved screen. Tho I’m not the biggest fan of color os but it makes the phone smooth as heck

So I live Switzerland and contacted oppo on Facebook for assistance not very helpful , so why do I hate my current phone the oppo find x5 pro?
Over heating , consumes battery extremely fast , with some humidity the screen goes completely bonkers , opening apps ,making calls by itself , the google assistant just at random times activates with no consent and starts listening , by the time I'm writing this I probably already have destroyed the device , the " wow cameras , with said technology , with haseblad whatever...when its just filters !modules still are smasung and Sony, in even in 5g it still struggles to find any signal in some places,from my group of people x5 is always the only one that has no internet connection even thou I have a fast internet.
I'm done with oppo I want a refund , the store from where I bought it does not accept it back , and I will never , ever buy a oppo device ever again.

Yes Oppo, you do provide good value for most of your phones. Especially the camera and the performance in the upper-mid range.
But the Find series? There is no value here when comparing the price to phones such as the Pixel, Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra or even the top of the line Samsungs. Come on. The gap in the price between the top Reno phones and the Find series is just completely disconnected with what most customers are willing to pay no matter how much they like the Oppo brand (me included!)

Tom, 29 May 2022I have had this phone for about 1 month and what I can say ... moreI have had find x3 pro, for about 2 months after 10 days of using the phone started to restart by itself 3 times per day,just like that for no reason,thats why i bought oneplus 10 pro and it is great, i will never recommend oppo again to anyone it is just terrible device.

I have had this phone for about 1 month and what I can say is it has lots of software issues. Whatsapp video uploads are horrendous not smooth or sized correctly, At times watching any videos via any browser either don't load or have black screen issues. No browser is optimised properly for this phone. Reception wise this is the best phone I have ever had and the camera and speakers are very good but software is terrible.
