And a crop to 2 times digital (5.6Times) makes the sensor crop size about identical to the find x2 pro at 5 Times.

65mm* fixed lens only on the telephoto module?
100mm* or more is ideal for a creamier, natural-looking bokeh.
*Estimated "full-frame" equiv.

good quality ultrawide sensor doesn't matter if it isn't yk, ULTRAwide. It's only 15mm whereas you're getting 13mm from Apple, Samsung and Huawei. Xiaomi and Vivo have 14mm and that works as well but come on oppo, you can zoom in and maintain quality if it's a good sensor but you can't zoom out of an ultrawide sensor. Would be more difficult to keep things in frame in Ultrawide shots compared to other phones. Telephoto camera looking fine af tho. Hopefully it would have good quality portraits by the software because that's a huge sensor

So basically periscope cameras have been reduced to portrait lenses. All that zoom potential wasted on the kind of zoom you could have had without a periscope.
I don't even care about portrait shots and given how good the main sensor is you could have just cropped in to get zoomed in portrait shots and not wasted the periscope on it.

There is an "in-sensor" zoom which is a digital crop of the 2.8x to make it 5.6x, it would still capture more details than the 5x zoom in the 2020 phone thanks to the larger sensor size.

Once again those people who just spread their hate about everything...
Curve screen, card slot, headphone jack etc...
But if you give them the phone for Free they will change mind completely..
All this misery i think is coming from general looser feeling...Most of them stuck with 3-4 years old phones and they looking for excuses why they dont buy..
Imagine you are going to supercars event and you say: This car needs lots of gallons or litres of gas in daily basis or are you sure this car is good because there are no many out there...
All i say about oppo....its looks great....i got Oppo find X5 pro ceramic black with hydrogel case and all looks fantastic.
Of course you can say think u prefer...like better X6 to have Ceramic version etc...
But 95% of the people complains full misery...
As customers we should say thinks....but misery and negative way for a phone that u will never buy is ridiculus..
I read comments for phones to see how they are and of them is misery from people who dont even have it...
Horrible...wish people will change one day

Great camera hardware, but for me there isn't point in so much hype when there's no Oppo brand at all in area where I live and I'm not ready for taking risks and ordering from another country or continent. I hope that one day Oppo with all his sub brands will officially come to EU.

820 EUR is def not gonna happen this is probably China price where always is 20% down on global ones. Taxes and incomes, Ui is not google play one, and many other factors.

What I find annoying is that many phone brands go with this huge circular camera bump these days. Xiaomi, vivo, Honor, now Oppo.... would like to see more original designs, like Tecno does for example

For some people sd card is more practical then using a cloud especially if they use it with several devices. They just swap up and ready to go.
Also you don't need a internet connection to view your files.
The same thing can be said about 3.5mm and while BT wireless has its obvious advantages over old school ones but those old can be more practical for some cases too. For example you can use it for external microphone or display. Sure, not many people do that, but there's an option if you need it. Option is all we need right?
Another issue and probably the biggest one is that you need to pay attention to its battery state. I know for a fact that my wife had to use 3 wireless headphones for one working day when she was doing work from home only because the battery of one headphones don't hold on through the whole day which is around 10 hours each day + watching netflix at the spare time for about 2-3 hours. To constantly monitor all our devices if they are ready to be used. That's... Unpractical.
For me personally as I work closley with the music production, a wired connection is superior to a wireless one in terms of the signal quality. Over the airwaves, the signal can get distorted or you may experience hiccups when the signal cuts out. Also with a wireless connection, there may be latency, which means you’ll notice a delay due to the lack of sync when looking at a screen. There are better wireless headphones out there but they're expensive AF and not worth the asked price.
Anyways, just my 2 cents.
