Oppo Find X8 Ultra's Snapdragon 8 Elite benchmark tests are in

While we're working on the Oppo Find X8 Ultra review, we thought we'll share the benchmark results as they are bow ready. Before we look at the numbers, let's talk hardware, because there's more to the ticker inside Oppo's latest than just the name.
The Find X8 Ultra uses the 3nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, the full-fat 8-core variant. Ours is the 16GB version, making this the most potent model you can get. Oppo claims a 45% CPU and 40% GPU speed increase over the Find X7 Ultra.
The Oryon CPU packs two 4.32GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix L cores and six 3.53GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix M cores. The GPU is the Adreno 830 with 768 shading units, 1536 total shaders, 3379.2 GFLOPS of output, and a 1.1GHz clock speed.
Oppo has packaged Snapdragon's finest with a graphite heat dissipation design with a vapor chamber head spreader that brings 2000W/(m·K) thermal conductivity.

The Oppo Find X8 Ultra scores near the top in all of our tests. It's second in both the single and multi-core Geekbench 6 tests, tops AnTuTu 10, beating the OnePlus 13 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra, and took second again in both 3DMark tests - Wild Life Extreme at 4K, and Solar Bay at Quad HD.
You'll need to wait until our full review for the throttling test!

Yeah, to push them to use dcg in all video modes, not just log recording and in optimal 4 stops of conversion gain, even stabilisation issue is partly related to exposure.

Ah, yeah. I'm not saying it's not useful. Just saying Xiaomi needs to improve their lowlight video quality in particular, whatever sensor is used. The lowlight video quality and stabilisation on the Xiaomi 15 ultra is really quite weak eve...
