last week my phone lost its sound but i tried to used the headphones, it worked but when you removed it, its still the same. then today, i woke up and checked my phone, i cant open it. it is totally black out. what should i do?

I`m using my Oppo neo 3 for 2 weeks and then I started to use switch partition after that my WiFi keeps on activating even if I didn't click it pls help me

My oppo neo is a month since I bought it consuming high data connection w/o using any app. And the "com.android.calculatar" consume almost 100mb/s activated or deactivated. Reformat or reset is useless now I can't install any application...

hi i have a Oppo neo 3.
i have a problem in opening it after entering my passcode wrong.
now i have restart it but still no use and i have remove the battery and put it back but still no use it still ask for my password but when i fill my corrct password it still didnt work.
i dont know what to do.
Please help me. i cant use my phone anymore.

I visited oppo service center updated software but still i have same problem the downloaded data eg pictures videos from Whatsapp downloaded and saved in internal memory however i selected phone storage as sd card storage ????? what should i do now ????

after that go to application and move all the application that you have installed into sd card

I dont know what happened. I have about 475 songs. One night I downloaded a new song, so after doing so I scanned my music. Instead of 476 songs(since ive already dled a new one), it says 300. I dont know what happened. And also, when I download movies, it wont show up in my videos. I dont know what happened. It used to work okay for me

go settings -> MORE ->switch partitions -> confirmation deletion.

Whenever I try to download apps from play store it says Error "insufficient storage space" something like that but when I check my storage there are still plenty of space...how do I fix this? I use an Oppo Neo R831k. Please help
