The worst phone ever!!!
Problems with this phone are countless.
1. Sd card- it does not reads the sd card.
2. Auto-installation of apps- certain apps which I don't want like uc browser, yellow booster, mobiauick, etc. Are automatically installed and even after uninstalling them no. Of times, they again auto install.
3. Camera- it's not oppo camera phone, its oppo bullshit-camera phone.
4. Hang- the phone very often get hanged.
And many more......
Frustrated with this phone.

Please update the color os and android version of oppo r2002 yoyo,many of my app cant working properly with the android version 4.2 only,please update it to 4.3 or above thanks

Why oppo r2001 yoyo didt update the color os n adroid version since the last time update both still at 4.2 only,many app i cant use with that version

if u faceing insuficent memory problem than u shoud go to menu and u will see icon that name file and documant write on this icon and whenu u open it u will see clear option u have to touch on it and clear all junk and chache than u will fine free space in ur phone its allways remain show much memory used in junk u have to clear it i m using oppo r 2001 nice mob and i like it

baddy, 24 Apr 2016Open the setting and goto app click on move to phone hi Please install 360 security app from play store & from play store unwanted application should reset with older version & click on don't update
try it i also tried this my phone is working
But really use less phone OPPO yoyo

I am using oppo r2001 since 1 year. This phone is a total dissatisfaction. I cannot install any of the applications from play store. It always shows insufficient storage though I have storage in my phone as well as sd card. This phone is a huge problem. I am very upset. Also services are very poor. Instead of the after service centre picking up my phone always cancels the call. I am not even able to upgrade my android version. Never ever buy this phone.

I can't install any application or update it.I hav 8GB internal memory 32GB external memory in oppo neo R2001.it says insufficient space in it or try again.

I also using Oppo R2001. Now when I open the phone, it is always shown in Oppo Logo.
And also I can't install firmware, it is shown in installation failed. And I can't go to my internal memory from recovery mode.So can you help me for that?

and u can see the options
