bad phone,bought it 10 days ago,received an update but no whatssapp notification,no outlook app notification,no tagged app notification and many many other apps no....no....no....notifications you have to open the apps to recieve the notifications baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad phone ,i sold it since 2 hours,oppo you wasted my money and i don't and i wo'nt forgive you

htc desire eye 1) Processing power: Desire Eye, Snapdragon 801 may not be 64 bit but it is more powerful.
2) 4K Recording: Due to some odd reason HTC has skipped 4K recording feature on Desire Eye, this can be solved by modifying the camera apk but again that's quite a hassle, so as for now R7 plus has upper hand.
3) UI: Both have good UI but I like HTC sense UI bit more because it looks better, Oppo's UI looks too generic.
4) Build Quality: HTC's build quality is not bad but Oppo's build quality is definitely better compared to Desire Eye.
5) Camera: Almost similar performance but yeah Oppo has a slight upper hand due to its excellent macro mode.
6) Dual Sim: Oppo R7 Plus only has dual sim among both of them.
7) Battery Efficiency: R7 Plus has more efficient processor.
8) Portability and usability: HTC One Eye, reason is quite simple Oppo R7 Plus is a 6 inch phone, it is indeed unwieldy.
So I think you should go for R7 Plus however if you still want to go for HTC then better go for HTC E9+ it is a really good phone and its power and performance is way better than Oppo R7 Plus.

Oppo r7 plus all is nice but the video cam performance is POOR!! when I make the video cam indoor, it's always shaking... when send to service centre they're always give reason I need to update my android.. this is software problem.. and BLAH BLAH BLAH.. after 3rd time send to service centre, They admitted that the camera is faulty and I need to wait more several weeks for replacement and without phone!?? Thanks Oppo.. You really me make disappointed.. 1st time using Oppo and I need to endure all of this.. thanks god! it's make me sold my phone to buy Lenovo Vibe P1.. cheap and the video came not shaking
