Oppo: late software development and software update. selling their phones overpriced. I dont know why they haven't changed a bit since I used Find7 for the first time. I was hoping their price would go hand-to-hand with Snapdragon 820 Xiaomi mi5. But then, here they go.. the old OPPO. I sold my Find7 because it lacks of development, late update, bugs here and there on every update. I saw the price is $510 for R9 plus? seriously...

Yes the processor is officially mid range, but since it outperforms a few flagship CPUs and the rest of the specs are high end, I'd struggle to define the phablet just mid range.

It doesn't matter how big the screen is or how many GB of RAM it uses. The core is what's important. Yes, it is better than a lot other processors out there, but that's cos it is the latest one. It's called being up to date. In the year of 2016.
Do some technical homework before embarrassing yourself...

Anyway snapdragon 652 isnt high end thats true but is way better than most processors.

Great battery, but this phone is too big for my taste. Now if they had put this battery in the R9 I would have been interested. Too bad.

Definitely not a Phablet its just a bit oversized phone with great specs. Someone said its a good mid ranger. I dont think so. Because of high end specs.
But what confusing me is rear and front camera are equally 16 Mpix.
Sounds strange.
