My friend just purchased this phone and the camera (not video) result is closer to my old realme 8i than i think it should be.
Maybe just my eyes. But idk.
You should research more you know.
These store's really clever by using a lot of lighting to trick your eyes to thinking these phones camera are great.

Should I buy this(Oppo Reno10) over a Samsung a54? Looking for a camera centric phone on a budget. Need help since pixel aren't available from where I'm from and they have a bad reputation for battery.

so, ever since ive been using my Reno10 for about 2 months now, i have found on the JB-HI-Fi websie that it is IPX4 resistant

Had bought the Reno 10 5G. I feel very satisfied using this phone although the camera is 64MP but it still better than my previous phone which is oppo F9 pro with the battery can hold up to 5 - 7 hours with me surfing YouTube and social media usage. The phone does get pretty hot if you use it on sunny/warm day but if it's on a normal temperature or in air cond room it doesn't heat up at all and I really use it in split screen mode which it really can do multitask stuff for all day. Furthermore, the vooc 67W fast charge really can charge from 0% - 70% in 25 minute which for me it's very fast compare to Reno 8 and Redmi note 7. However the downside it have is the absence of audio jack which if you need to use earphone, you need to have adaptor from type c to audio jack

MrGuGuZai, 03 Sep 2023i want to ask for those who owned this device, is this phon... moreIt does get pretty warm when I'm playing YouTube for 2 hour especially if your surrounding is hot like for me I use this at the construction site where everywhere is really hot but if I use in in a normal temperature it only feel a little warm after 2 hour usage

Got it a couple weeks ago and have been using it as a main smartphone
Here are my thoughts:
The device is so smooth and reliable, the software is very nice and simple.
Its not the best smartphone for gaming and i have to lower the graphics but its okay for me.
The back cameras are so satisfying especially the 2x Portrait camera.
The front camera is sadly not quite good, its just average. For me I would prefer using the back 2x portrait instead the selfie, the front camera is okay for video calls.
Its pretty bad that the phone doesn’t offer an IP rating which means that i will be concerned about my smartphone everywhere, which is quite annoying that I will have to pay attention for my smartphone, personally i would like to buy a phone and use it whenever and wherever without worrying about anything.
For 380$ its not bad, but its really good at a point which is the software longevity, the colorOS is so reliable, i have noticed a single bug when i expand the video size at youtube
But the bad thing is that you will pay 380$ for a hardware that gets selled for as low as 250$, which means that most of your money is going for the cameras and the software.
In my country the xiaomi 13t is only extra 30$, 410$ but its overall better by like 50%, better cpu and has an IP rating, just the MIUI i dont find it smooth, i got the oppo reno 10 before the xiaomi 13t release and i kinda regret it, but overall the oppo reno 10 is so satisfying to use.

This is the real deal i have messenger,zello radio transmitter and playing ml in the same time but this phone doesn't heatup. Good cam specs and battery.
Buy this phone if you want better phone function
