Oppo Reno13 and Reno13 Pro unveiled: Dimensity 8350, IP69 and 80W charging

Oppo unveiled its latest Reno series devices in China with the Reno13 and Reno13 Pro. These are the first devices to launch with MediaTek’s Dimensity 8350 chipset – a custom version of the Dimensty 8300 with exact same CPU, GPU, NPU and wireless connectivity specs.

Reno13 series are the frist phoens with the Dimensity 8350 and Oppo X1 chip

Both phones come with Oppo’s in-house X1 chip, which helps with wireless connectivity and have gained IP69 ingress protection. The two phones also share the same 50MP main cams (IMX890) with OIS and 8MP ultrawide lenses.

Reno13 Pro gets a 50MP telephoto camera with an 85mm equivalent focal length and 3.5x optical zoom. Both phones are capable of recording up to 4K video at 60fps.

Well why not if everything is improving why IPXX rating shouldnt.

Apparently there also was a Reno 13 pro+/Ultra in development with a dimensity 9300 chipset and some other upgrades but it got cancelled because it got too close in specs and pricing to the X8. That's why the 13 Pro looks a little underwhelming
