I need some help ! I have a brand new oppo reno 2 running Android 9 . Now the problem is that the sim toolkit app is not listed and does not appear anywhere on the screen or even is not listed in additional settings as it should be ! Now I have even tried to insert a brand new LTE sim card but still the same ! The sim card is working perfect no problem ! Has anyone ever inconter the same problem ? Pls help !

Had this for a few weeks now after a bit of an impulse buy. I was considering returning it as there were wifi issues but after the android 10 update im loving this phone. The wifi issues have now gone, the phone is very smooth and i love the full screen.

I've just got my Oppo Reno2 today and I went into updates and there's no update to coloros 7 even though the official rollout has already been started. So I'm wondering where everyone is getting the update from? I've tried using a VPN to India and nothing works.
