Oppo Reno Ace to arrive in Blue and Green, official images confirm

Yordan, 24 September 2019

The Reno Ace is arriving on October 10 as the new Oppo flagship with a 90Hz display and 4,000 mAh battery with super fast charging support. There might be more than two weeks until the official launch, but this did not stop the company from posting the device with its official renders on JD.com.

The phone will be the first device in the world with 65W fast charging - that is the new SuperVOOC 2.0 standard, unveiled seven days ago. According to officials, it will top up the 4,000 mAh battery in under 30 minutes.

We also expect the Reno Ace to sport a Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset - we are yet to see any Oppo smartphone with the latest Qualcomm SoC.

More specs of the Oppo Reno Ace are not yet available, but we also expect support for the 30W wireless charging called Wireless VOOC Charge on the Qi standard. Looking at the renders, we see a “48 MP” moniker near the top shooter, which confirms what the main camera will be. The quad setup has a depth sensor on the bottom, with a dual-LED flash on the side.

Thanks for the tip, Prathik Chouhan!
