Our Redmi Note 8 and Note 8T video review is up
Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi seems to be in an all-out war with Oppo sub-brand Realme, the purpose of which is apparently figuring out which company can churn out more mid-rangers in a set amount of time. They're both doing a swell job, and this time around two of Redmi's newest devices have made the trip to our video review studio.
We're talking about the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8T. These may not be specced quite as high as the Redmi Note 8 Pro, but they're competing in a very crowded space, so let's see if they're worth your time and money.
Our video review will tell you everything you need to know about the basics of these phones - build and screen quality, battery life, performance, camera image quality, you name it, we cover it. Note that these are basically the same device, feature-wise, only offered in different regions.
The Redmi Note 8 is meant for Asian markets, while the Note 8T is built for the EU. We're not going to try and speculate as to why two separate (but very similar) names were required and Redmi couldn't just go with one, globally.
