Correct me if I'm wrong but dosen't the Treo 650 have Class 10 EDGE like the Treo 680?

I don't know of any new Treo or Palm smartphone coming out. The Treo 650 Black Tie Edition rocks!!

I recently got my new Palm Treo 650 and I am quite impressed. Some probs though :
While surfing the net, if you happen to get a call or press the menu button etc and later on return to surf again, (unlike Nokia)the last webpage is gone. I am once again directed to my home page. This is rather frustating. Nokia on the other hands keeps downloading the last page I was viewing and retains it.
Is there a solution to this please !!!

The Treo 650 is the best Treo ever. has better battery than the 680, and better screen resolution than the 750. You can add Wi-Fi via the "Enfora Wi-Fi Sled for Treo™ 650" it's avalible for $149, check it out.

the only problem with this phone is the screen resolution(bad). overall it is a very good smartphone.

Hello there - I need help? Can someone first help me get a manual for my treo 650? Second - every so often, the sound goes off on my phone? I don't know why? I can call out, but no can hear me, nor can I hear them? What am I doing wrong? Is it just a setting or something?

Performing a factory reset on a Treo 650:
Launch the Security application.
If the Password box says "Unassigned," tap the box and create a password for your smartphone.
Once the password has been set, disconnect your smartphone from the AC charger and take off the battery cover. Do not remove the battery yet.
Hold down Power/End.
While holding down Power/End, remove the battery. Then insert it again.
While still holding Power/End, the screen will show the palmOne or Palm logo and a progress bar. Then the circular Palm Powered logo will appear. Release the power button when you see the Palm Powered logo. Keep holding the Power button during this screen. When you see this screen, you can release the Power button.
A message will appear warning that you are about to erase all the data stored on your smartphone. Press UP.
You'll see a series of Palm logo screens, then a prompt to tap onscreen targets. The Factory Reset is complete.

I have the Treo 650 for about 2 weeks now. I'm impressed with it. I first tried a SE P990i, but that wasn't really for me (too slow, no good mail client available, bad battery life).
The Treo is a nice phone, with decent battery life, and the great PIM functionality we've come to expect from Palm. With some added software like SnapperMail (Chattermail is also nice it seems), Documents To Go, NVBackup and some others, you can get some work done and don't fear data loss (unless you lose your phone, so be sure to sync regularly).

Hi can someone tell me how can i reset the phone to factory setting as i just bought the phone off ebay. Also i want to install a bunch of applicaions on the phone but my phone is not syncing with the comp for some reason, anyone can help??? Also i need the software for Treo 650.. can someon help me out i didnt get one with the purchase.. please, if someone can post it online i can download it or make a cd and post it to me (i will pay for it for sure). Any help will be appreciated thanks

i agree its the BEST smartphone in the market.
minor bugs though, restarts a lot.

This smart phone is the best amongs all its competeters.and if you think properly than u can notice the beauty of the antena which is also very useful like when your hand is dirty u can actually hold up the phone by d antena WOW!!!.just simply artistic
