Palm 680/750 should research into reducing the Qwerty keyboard half size similar to the revolution SE M600 two-in-one-button, and the screen resolutions be 240X320 (or better 480X640). With future higher spec and features, size must be reduced effectively to
to give a reasoably good battery life.

When get the first info for this PDA, almost go and buy. but after checked the spec, it do not worth with the price, agree with "yesterday technology but tomorrow's price"..
Screen resolution still 240x240, i have bad experieance with this size of screen that got so many software couldn't run well.
Screed colour, 65k.. it is really difficult to make 256k or higher?
Processor is 300Mhz.. really like to know whats the reason don't make it 400 or higher..

I wish you guys would stop beating up on Palmone. If you don't like it don't buy it, it is that simple. Go buy one that is perfect for you and good luck in finding the perfect device, oh by the way when you find the perfect device let me know so i can buy it!
PalmOne just keep doing what you'r doing
Cheers!

i still like 650,because of its expandability, although its got fewer functions builtin, but windows got more features builtin.most normal and business users will find windows treo more attractive and useful, while real power users will find palmos offer superior flexibility.its only let down by unable multitasking and frequent crash.palmos will never be dead!!

I must say that I have to consider any phone with a price tag over $600USD with NO WI-FI is a slap to your intelligence! Not to mention the cheezy 1.3MP camera - r u serious??? To add insult to injury, this phone has a slow 300Mhz processor...Go look at the O2's much, much better.

Are you Serious?!!
Same thing as Treo 70o cdma versions.
Still no Wifi, same 240x240 screen resolution which is highly annoying and incompatable with many wm5 applications, same megapixel in camera(1.3), mini-sd????? why??, ONLY 60Mb user available memory, slower processor than a TREO 650!!!!!, bluetooth v 1.2(no bluetooth stereo headset support) and like these others guys said, no second camera for 3g video calling(Isn't that what Vodafone is KNOWN for) and yeah extremely weak battery life for a Treo.

i must say having tested both the tro and the p990 there si no question that the p990 is a mush better phone and more user freindly. although probably the tro has the looks the p990 is a much better phone.

Nice phone or not, Vodaphone have killed it in the UK by not offering any 3G data packages with it - yep, every single MB you download will cost you £2.35. Compare that to £40 for 1GB with a 3G laptop card.

It's OK there's no WIFI, since laptop is better and easier for browsing the net. But lack of HSDPA, poor battery life, no second camera for video call... it's just backward.

Ringer on/off rocker switch worked fine..... 10 years ago!
without any OSD, you'd have to see a MISSED CALL to realise ringer not ON.
what about morning alarm going off with ringer off?
Think my nokia is still smarter in this dept..

This look like a museum set. Poorer resolution, no Wi-Fi for cheaper or free hotspot surfing and VOIP.
