Please get new agent in Malaysia as the current one no nothing about palm, poor customer service, poor product availability. Will tarnish the palm image.

Yes, I've used this Treo and can confirm it has Infrared and can hold a high capacity memory card. GSM arena, please correct this in your specifications list.

LETS get this straight. Treo Pro DOES have an Infared, like singh said, and yes, it holds up to a 32 gb card, not 8 gb mentioned above.

Treos' are great design and they improved with each new releases - Treo 600, Treo 650, Treo 680 in terms of styling, Qwerty Keyboard. No experience so far with their Windows Mobile. Believe they have worked well on improving call's voice quality and signal reception ? I am happy to note the size. Will Styletap be bundled for the benefit of large palm users. Great Designs but lack of marketing and advertisement in growing market like India.

I really like the design and Features of the phone, but come on Palm. You put a LI-lon 1500 mAh battery and you can only get 250 Standby Hours. Yes you going to say that the touchscreen take the alot of the battery. I have a Motorola V8 and the standby battery life is more than Treo Pro by for. To take it one step further the Sony Ericsson P1 has alot more specs and use a smaller battery than the Treo Pro but you get a more from it. And the Blackberry Bold has the same battery and you get the more from it. Palm I really like the phone just get the battery sort out and it will be a really good contender for a good smart phone.

                                  Nice handset!

Anonymous, 21 Aug 2008True, but my N95-1's crap 950 mAh battery can get 220 hours... moreno it can't, only according to the manufacturer's specs :P

Coincidentally I also own an N95-1, and to be honest noone who owns one will actually get 6 1/2 hours talk time from the battery, unless they're using a custom battery lol

I get (at a guess) 3 1/2 hours talk time absolute tops, and most of my customers say the same.

                                      =]

whoa whoa whoa... let me get this straight.

the talk time is 5 hours, and as we all know the actually battery life is roughly half of what the manufacturer states, so this battery only has 2 1/2 hours talk time before it dies?!?!?!!?

                                        lame.
